Past Life Regression therapy (PLR) uses hypnotherapy to take an individual back through time to their previous lives or incarnations by accessing memories and experiences that are normally hidden in the subconscious mind.
Are you fully trained in Past Life Regression Therapy? Yes, I (Diane) have been fully trained in Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy for many years and have worked with hundreds of clients. I have also carried out many group past life sessions with great success.
Will I remember the regression? Yes, you will remember everything as I guide you through the journey. Past Life Hypnotherapy is not like stage hypnosis – you won’t be doing anything you don’t remember. You will be aware throughout and in a deeply relaxed state. You’ll be answering my questions as I guide you through the journey. All you’ll need to do is relax. Just allow whatever comes into your mind to do so, and I will guide you from there.
What will you encounter during the sessions? Some people discover lives that they have shared with people that they have a close bond with in their present life. Others are drawn to certain places or countries that they immediately feel comfortable and familiar with. Each life explored is a journey and an adventure.
Am I guaranteed to go back in time? Not everyone is guaranteed to, though it’s fairly rare that someone doesn’t in my experience. Sometimes when an individual has a firm belief that past lives don’t exist then it can create a block which doesn’t allow their mind to surrender to the experience. We tend to find that around 95% of clients do have one or more past life experiences during each regression. All you need is a curiosity about the subject.
Can I choose what past life to remember? No. Your subconscious mind will make that decision for you.
Is the process safe? Yes, you will be safe throughout the process. If you encounter a painful experience I will guide you through it and we will work through healing any residue pain together during the session and in discussion afterwards.
How long does a Past Life Regression session last? The hypnosis part generally lasts around 45 minutes to one hour 30 minutes, and this is followed with discussion about your experience. In essence, the length of the session will be determined by what unfolds. Every session is unique.
Can I take my sessions online? Yes, I offer Past Life Regression sessions over Skype or Facebook video (which is private between you and me, and not the same as Facebook live). These are £97 per full session. A Paypal invoice will be forwarded to you which will automatically allow you to pay in your own currency.
I’ve made a 20 minute Relaxation Hypnotherapy recording, which is below for you so you can gain a sense of what a Past Life Regression session would feel like with me. This recording isn’t Past Life Regression, instead, I guide you through a gentle and peaceful journey to help you still your mind, relax and reconnect with yourself again.
You are most welcome to listen as often as you wish. It is entirely free, and no email address is required. Feel free to share it with anyone you feel would benefit from some gentle time-out to relax and reconnect with themselves too.

Past Life Regression as part of your Outlander Tour Experience…
When will I have my session on the Outlander Past Lives Experience? Your Past Life Regression session is optional, so you can decide at the time whether to go ahead with it or not. If not, we will spend additional time at the other tour locations for the day. Time has been scheduled for the regression first thing on Day Two of your Private Outlander Tour, as this fits in best with the itinerary. After we collect you from your overnight accommodation, we’ll bring you to our Culloden base where you can comfortably relax in a peaceful environment. Your session will be accompanied with gentle hypnosis music in the background, unless of course, you prefer to hear just my voice.
If I come with my partner, do we take our Past Life Regression sessions together? As there is only one slot scheduled into the itinerary for past life regression, I would recommend that one of you decide to take the session, or you take your session together as a group regression. Unfortunately taking the sessions individually would take up most of the morning and reduce the amount of touring you’d be able to do. If you wished to book an additional session during your stay in Inverness, or over Skype once you’re back home, you’d be most welcome to arrange that with me at the time.
Meantime, if you would like to explore the possibility further before deciding on a session, you are welcome to download by Past Lives Clues Workbook which will help you begin to join the dots. It’s free, so simply click on the cover below to download your copy.
More background on Reincarnation and Past Life Regression
The idea of reincarnation is that after death – an individual may be reborn into another body. This idea has existed in various religions for at least 3,000 years and in many ancient cultures for much longer – such as Shamanism, Druidism, Native American tribes and Norse mythology.
There is a widely held spiritual belief that each of us goes through a series of lifetimes for the purpose of spiritual growth and soul development. Reincarnation is closely linked to the concept of Karma – a Sanskrit term relating to cause and effect.
It is said that more people on the planet believe in reincarnation, so by implication are open to past life regression, than do not.
Past Life Regression therapy has been developed since the 1950s.
In the USA and Western Europe, studies have shown that 25% to 30% of people believe in reincarnation.
Reincarnation has been both a philosophical and a religious concept.
Philosophers such as Orpheus, Plato, Pythagoras and Socrates all believed in reincarnation.
Other prominent believers include: Benjamin Franklin, Napoleon Bonaparte, Henry Ford and General George S. Patton.
The major religions that hold a belief in reincarnation are Hinduism, Jainism, Buddhism, and Sikhism – all of Indian origin.
Although other major religions do not centrally believe in re-incarnation, particular groups within these religions, such as Kabbalah do. A proportion of people from all religions believe in reincarnation irrespective of the teachings of their faiths.
One of the best-known studies into Past Life Experience is by Dr. Ian Stevenson. Over a period of forty years, he investigated and documented some 3,000 cases of children around the world claiming to recollect past-life memories. Stevenson published hundreds of papers and 14 books on reincarnation. He concluded that memories, emotions, and even physical injuries in the form of birthmarks could be transferred from one life to another.
